The project participants learned the fundamental basics of public diplomacy, peculiarities of bilateral cooperation with different countries, diplomatic etiquette, subtleties in implementing humanitarian projects abroad, and much more.
The project included a number of in-person and online educational courses, an all-Russian competition on the development and implementation of new digital diplomacy tools, and a final dialog event involving top officials and representatives of the professional diplomatic community.
