Since 2015, the Far East Victory Action has been implemented in Khabarovsk Krai. The main goal is to form the civic and patriotic awareness of citizens, develop interest in the history of the Fatherland, and immortalize the memory of those who fell in the battles for the freedom and independence of the Motherland.
In 2021, the ANO "Leaders of International Cooperation" joined the action and after the long-awaited recovery from the pandemic organized it at the international level for the first time.
